And yet, few people work with their mind and are able to manage it. In such a dynamic and changing world as ours, where we are exposed to many influences every day, stress and neurosis have become daily bread for our untrained mind.

The workshop will be led by Jiří Svoboda. Jiří has worked in senior positions in several countries. He currently works as a therapist, mentor and is a certified coach. He has been working with the mind for many years and, in addition to Western therapeutic approaches, has also undergone several initiations into some Eastern teachings of self-knowledge and self-development.
